Visateq (“we” or “us”) is a visa agent that helps with applying for visas to specified countries. Our services range from producing personalized application forms to conducting all contact with relevant issuing authorities, such as embassies or consulates. We are an independent company with no official affiliation with any country’s issuing authorities. You can apply for a visa on your own without using our services. By using our services, you agree to the terms below and those in our privacy policy.
Procedure
Our final goal is that you should receive your visa well in advance of the desired date. Therefore, we strive to always provide updated and accurate visa and travel information based on the premise that said information is an interpretation of the aggregated information provided by each country’s relevant authorities such as embassies, consulates and immigration officials. An issuing authority may, without notice, change the requirements for obtaining a visa. In such cases, additional information from you may be required and we will contact you as soon as practicable.
As a visa agent, we act on your behalf based on the information you have provided us with, thus we will only deal with the visas stated in your order. Keep in mind that it is your sole responsibility to apply for visas to all countries and regions required for your trip, including transit and other stops. In order for you to receive a visa that is appropriate for your trip. It is of uttermost importance that you provide us with all the information that we ask for and that it is completely correct.
In case we need any additional data from you in order to complete the process it is your responsibility to provide it to us upon our request. If you do not provide the requested data in a timely manner the process will be aborted and no refunds will be given according to our return policy.
It is always the issuing authority that makes the final decision on the issuance of visas, even when all set requirements are met. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued to you or that the issuing authority will issue the visa on time and within the specified time frame. In some cases, the issuing authority chooses to grant a different type of travel document than the requested one, usually in terms of validity or the number of entries, but other variations may also occur. As a result, we recommend that tickets and bookings that are not refundable should not be purchased until all visas have been obtained.
If a visa application on your behalf is rejected for any reason, we will at your request make another attempt to secure the travel documents. You may then be required to pay any additional fees determined by the issuing authority. If the cause of the rejection is wrongdoings or mistakes made by you we may charge an additional service fee. Applications that are rejected are non-refundable.
When you receive your passport and / or your visa documents, it is your explicit responsibility to verify that all visas have been received and for each visa inspect that the personal data is correct as well as being valid for the intended purpose, allow the number of entries you need and include the time periods you intend to stay in each country.
Please note that even if you have received a visa you can be denied entry, it is always the local immigration officials in each country who make the final decision regarding entry.
Delivery Time
We always strive for the fastest possible delivery time. In case of incomplete or incorrect application, it may take longer. The delivery times that we specify for each type of visa is a normal value that applies to the majority of all applications. For individual cases, the processing time can be considerably longer.
We reserve the right to prioritize orders based on specified deadlines.
Delivery
For deliveries we use the most suitable delivery method for the current situation, unless otherwise stated. Any delivery fee will be added according to the fee specification.
Prices
Prices quoted are the final prices and include VAT as well as government fees and our fees. Any shipping or other fees are clearly shown before the purchase is confirmed. All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
Return Policy
The right of withdrawal in the Distance Contract Act does not apply to visa applications since it is a service directly adapted to your request. The execution of the service begins immediately upon receiving your application and payment.

Limitation of Liability
Delay
We are responsible for delays caused by us through neglect. If we do not conduct the service in a reasonable time, or if there is a fault in the service rendered as a result of negligence on our part, the customer can request a price reduction or cancel the purchase. In all cases, the customer must first give us the opportunity to remedy the error within reasonable time before another penalty is requested.
We are not liable for any case of delay or error due to the issuing authority, carrier or other third party. This includes third parties hired or recommended by us.
Damage and losses
We are responsible for damages and loss of documents, passports or similar articles that we have requested in order to apply for a visa on your behalf. The liability is limited to the basic replacement cost of the article in question. We are not responsible for documents, passport covers or similar items which we have not requested.
We are not liable for any case of damage or loss of items due to issuing authority, carrier or other third party. This includes third parties hired or recommended by us.
Other
We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits or travel or holiday expenses or any losses arising from information obtained through our services.
We take no responsibility for travelers who choose to apply for a visa upon arrival. We do not take responsibility for the persons who uses the information we provide as a basis for applying for a visa or persons traveling without a visa when our information indicates that it is not needed. Always check with your airline and the country’s embassy or consulate.
Procedure in Dispute
Disputes regarding this agreement shall, as far as possible, be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If the dispute persists, it shall be settled by a Swedish court in accordance with Swedish law.
Other
These terms may be unilaterally changed by us without prior notice. You should therefore read through this privacy policy periodically.
We have the right to update, modify, temporarily or permanently limit or close down our services or the access to them at any time without further liability.
