General

A visa is a document issued by a foreign country that allows you to enter and stay in that country in agreement with the document. You may not always need a visa, it depends in which country you are a citizen of and to which country you are traveling. It is your responsibility to check if a visa, or other travel document, is required.
No, you can always apply for visas and similar documents directly from the official issuing authority for each country. However, the process is less complex and tedious using our service.
It is always the issuing authority that makes the final decision on the issuance of travel documents, even when all set requirements are met. By applying through our services your application will automatically be processed through our system reducing the risk of errors and thus improve the success rate. As we cannot guarantee that your application will be approved, or that the received travel document will conform to your requests, we recommend that tickets and bookings that are not refundable should not be purchased until all visas have been obtained.
